These terms cover the website, software plans and the shop data you store in SparkPOS.

Using SparkPOS
When you start a plan, we give you access to the POS for your shop. You are responsible for staff logins, the data you enter, and how you use bills, stock and reports. SparkPOS is built for shop billing in Sri Lanka — not for anything illegal.
Plans and payment
Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Billing starts after you agree a plan with our team. If a payment fails, we may pause the account until it is settled. Ask us before you change or cancel a plan.
Your shop data
You own your shop data. We host it so SparkPOS can work. If you leave, ask us for an export and we will help while the account is still active. Keep your own backups of important records.
Support
Local support is part of SparkPOS — setup, training and questions by phone or WhatsApp. We work to keep the service available, but no software is up 100% of the time. Offline billing is there so a shop can still sell if the internet drops.
Changes
We may update these terms when the product or the law changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. If a change is important, we will tell active customers.
